A more focused plan, with a readable sequence.
The revised care-plan output follows a clinical workflow: patient context, pre-op assessment, anesthetic technique and airway, intraoperative care, then postoperative assessment and PACU.
- Selected and suggested medications appear together, ordered from induction through emergence.
- Intraoperative planning includes IV fluids.
- Clear section headings and concise text replace unnecessary blank worksheets and long lists of web addresses.
AI can make mistakes. Review all suggestions, doses, missing information, and source limitations before use. Never enter patient identifiers.

Select an age and a pre-set weight to view doses from tables generated ahead of time. The main dosing flow uses table lookup; separate tools may perform calculations.

Optional AI assistance
Ask a Clinical Question or refine an assembled care plan online. Source-enabled modes retrieve reference material where available; verify output and the sources yourself.

Ventilator tool · 1.6.4 update
Put the inputs next to the reference.
The revised adult ventilator tool accepts height and sex, shows the calculated predicted body weight, and uses it to display tidal-volume reference values. More visible condition tabs and aligned settings make the result easier to read.
Adult predicted body weight is separate from pediatric and neonatal weight inputs. Settings are starting references that require clinical adjustment.
Also in this update: favorites wrap into rows of four, long-press shortcuts make adding favorites easier, and the compact weight selector uses whole kilograms above 40 kg.

Who is GlottaVue for?
GlottaVue is an anesthesia planning and reference app for CRNAs, student registered nurse anesthetists (SRNAs), anesthesiologists, residents, and other anesthesia trainees. It supports preparation and learning; it does not replace supervision or professional judgment.
What works without an internet connection?
The bundled reference library, main pre-set dosing flow, equipment tools, offline care-plan builder, and local workspace work on the device. Ask a Clinical Question, AI care-plan synthesis, and optional sync require a connection.
Can I save or share an anesthesia care plan?
Yes. You can deliberately save plans locally and export PDF or Word documents. Review the content before sharing, omit identifiers, and remember that exported copies are controlled by the destination you select.
Does the app store or transmit case information?
Unsaved inputs are temporary. Saving a case or plan keeps its inputs on your device, and operating-system backups may include them. Optional AI sends the submitted details through GlottaVue’s backend to DeepSeek. Optional manual Sign in with Apple sync uploads selected app collections on supported Apple devices. Never enter patient identifiers. Read the full app privacy policy for processing, retention, and deletion details.
Are AI suggestions or references automatically verified for my patient?
No. The offline builder assembles the information you choose, and AI may produce incorrect or incomplete suggestions. Retrieved sources do not establish that every recommendation is supported or appropriate. Independently review the assessment, doses, contraindications, and institutional protocols.
Do I need an account or subscription?
No account or subscription is required for core use. Sign in with Apple sync is optional on supported Apple devices and is manual; signing in alone does not upload your workspace. Android does not currently offer that sync option.
Why might my app look different from these screenshots?
The screenshots show version 1.6.4, available on Google Play and awaiting Apple approval. iPhone and iPad users may receive the previous version until the update is approved. Check the app’s About screen and the store listing for your installed and available versions.

GlottaVue began with the need for practical anesthesia references when connectivity cannot be assumed. That remains central as the app grows into a broader preparation workspace, including for clinicians in settings with limited resources.
Developed by ContronX Design L.L.C. Clinical references name their sources so you can review the underlying material and apply your own judgment.
